Over the past few years, Texas Omicron’s Alumni Relations
efforts have been increasingly successful; but we are certain
of the great remaining potential and want to build upon this
momentum. The successful Alumni Reunions are always encouraging,
and provide an excellent means to keep the communication channels
open. However, we have recently identified one particular area
of our Alumni Relations program in which we have fallen far
behind; this shortcoming is in our use of our extensive Alumni
network to help with the professional development and preparation
of our active members.
Our goal is to gather information regarding our Alumni’s
current professions, so that active members can reach out to
Alumni in their respective fields of interest. Active members
will contact Alumni to help learn about issues ranging from
typical career paths, to best methods for entry into an industry.
Ideally, actives will attempt to set up short meetings, phone
calls, or communicate through email to gain some insight into
their respective fields of interest.
This myspace site is designated as a career referral service
for Omicron members only. This site is for private viewing only.
The names and contact information is only visable when a member
is registered and logged on. If you are seeking employment through
one of your brothers please post a comment on this page or message
the friend/brother you wish to contact. If you post a bulletin
it will be visible to everyone on your friends list, not just
ours. Comments and messages are only visible to those that are
